Thaba Tseka July 12 — The newly appointed District Administrator says he is looking forward to improved service delivery during his tenure in office.
This Mr. Tlali Mphafi stated in an interview with the Agency on Wednesday where he said he expects all the government ministries to deliver to their mandate.
Mr. Mphafi said to achieve all that, it has come to his attention that the lack of resources needs to be addressed so that everyone is held accountable if not doing their work. . . .
