Maseru, July 12 — Selemo Association says it is working on a proposal that there be a public holiday during the start of the ploughing and planting season known as Selemo sa Basotho.This follows an initiative by the Selemo Association working jointly with several stakeholders to celebrate the year of Basotho as one of the measures to bring Basotho
closer to their tradition and culture.
