Maseru, Jan 26 – The National University of Lesotho (NUL) management says it has noted with dismay the damning allegations by one Ms. Mothepa Ndumo on her social media page claiming inappropriate sexual conduct by NUL lecturers.
In its statement released this week the NUL management says the writer alleges that sexual harassment of students by staff members has reached epidemic levels at NUL, and saying she further makes such damaging claims without having reported such to Management for appropriate action, thus attacking the credibility and image of the University.
‘These damaging and unfounded claims may cause undue panic to the students, staff, parents, stakeholders and the public at large’ the statement said. . .
