Qacha’s Nek, Aug. 21 — On Wednesday, Olympian Tebello Ramakongoana made a heartfelt visit to the Lesotho Correctional Service (LCS) in Qacha’s Nek, encouraging both staff and inmates to harness their talents and relentlessly pursue their dreams.
Drawing from his own journey, Olympian Ramakongoana shared how he overcame numerous setbacks, including early failures and limited resources, to rise as a beacon of hope in Lesotho’s sports scene.
He delivered a powerful message, “Nothing is impossible with hard work.” His visit is part of an ongoing mission to inspire others by sharing his remarkable journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of Lesotho’s most celebrated athletes.
During his visit, Olympian Ramakongoana recounted his early struggles in athletics, starting at primary school level.
