Maseru, May 02 — Lesotho’s senior soccer squad Likuena will play Group C FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe’s Warriors at Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa on June 07 this year.
Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) Secretary General, Mr. Mokhosi Mohapi told the Agency on Thursday that the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released dates for Likuena upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe’s ‘Warriors’ and Rwanda’s ‘The Wasps’ respectively.
“Zimbabwe will host Likuena at Orlando Stadium on Friday, June 7th while Lesotho will host their match against Rwanda scheduled for June 11th at Moses Mabhida Stadium,” he highlighted.
The Secretary General said Likuena will resume full training camp on June 20 and that both local and foreign based players will be expected to be present.
