PM OFFICIATES 2ND EDITION OF WOMEN IN TOURISM ANNUAL SUMMIT 

Maseru, Nov. 27 — The Prime Minister (PM) Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane has officiated a three-day Women in Tourism Lesotho Association (WITLA) Summit Expo, the event is held in Maseru from Monday. 

In his keynote address, Mr. Matekane stated that the government is Provo ledged to become part of the WITLA summit expo which its aim is to empower women entrepreneurs.

He said Lesotho has signed the 2030 agenda for sustainable development to end poverty and hunger everywhere, to combat inequalities within and among countries to build peaceful, just and inclusive societies, to protect human rights and promote gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls, and to ensure the lasting protection of the planet and its natural resources. . .
