CHRISTIANS RAISE FUNDS

Maseru, Feb. 15 — In an attempt to raise funds for construction and completion of a hall within St. Vincent Catholic Mission in Maseru, Christians participated in a fund-raising campaign on Saturday.

Speaking with the Agency, Father Augustinus Khakhane thanked Christians for engaging in different activities geared towards collecting more and more funds in order to complete their projects, particularly that of a hall.

He said the number of Christians is increasing, thus the Church is becoming smaller to accommodate other important and social events,  stating that so far, St. Vincent has over 3000 Christians.

He appealed to leaders in different categories to ensure harmony among those they lead as well as to plan and communicate effectively with them in order to attain results. “I believe we are able to register successes because we work together as a team and listen to the voice of others,” he stressed.
