Maseru, Jul.05 — Members of the public are hopeful that the upcoming local government elections will bring change in their villages in terms of development.
They said they expect decentralization to be implemented and not be on paper as it has been for over a decade now.
Speaking in an interview, Mrs. ‘Mabulara Chaka said she believes that the 2023 local government elections will bring development in their villages such as roads, water, electricity to mention a few saying that for the past 18 years community councils have just been structures without service delivery. . .
