Maseru, Oct. 13 — In celebration of Public Service Day (PSD), public servants are expected to convene at Lesotho Correctional Services (LCS) playgrounds on Wednesday this week.
The Minister of Public Service, Mr. Stephen Mputi is expected to officiate the long week programme of activities expected to commence with a marathon prior to speeches and other festivities.
A savingram from the Ministry of Public Service informs the society, particularly public servants, that on Wednesday, November 15, 2025 at 07:00am, a 10km marathon will start at Phillips Factories Ha Tsolo and will end at LCS playgrounds, where other activities will follow.
Meanwhile, one of the Organising Committee members, Mr. Tumelo Mphosi of Lesotho Postal Services (LPS) under the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI) told the Agency celebrations of these nature are important as they seek to recognise efforts of public servants in delivering services.
