Maseru, Nov.11—Member of Parliament (MP) for Thaba-Moea Mr. Lejone Puseletso through his lawyer Advocate Letuka Molati is challenging the legibility of Mr. Monyane Moleleki in the National Assembly.
In the letter of demand, Adv. Molati said his client demands Mr. Moleleki to withdraw his name formally from the letter of the 61 MPs that is attached to the affidavit of Mr. Mootsi Lehata MP in the pending constitutional court case per Lejone Puseletso v Speaker of National Assembly and 53 others constitutional case number 0020/2023.
