RSL CONFISCATES COUNTERFEIT CIGARETTES 

Maseru, Sept. 14 — The Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL), in collaboration with the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS), confiscated 103,320 illicit cigarettes during a joint operation this week.

According to RSL Public Relations Manager Mrs. Ts’epang Mncina, the cigarettes are valued at M413, 280.00 and were seized from street vendors across various locations in Maseru.

She said the joint operation, known as “Operation Osalama,” was aimed at promoting compliance with tobacco products importation regulations. . .
