Maseru,June.26– The SADC Panel of Elders’ Oversight Committee on Lesotho Reforms, led by former president of Tanzania Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete had a meeting with the president of the Senate Mrs. ‘Mamonaheng Mokitimi in Maseru on Wednesday.
The purpose of the meeting was to find from the president as to how far Lesotho is in regard to reforms.
During this meeting, Mrs.Mokitimi indicated that there is progress regarding reforms in the country.
She stated that at this stage, there are on-going consultations with stakeholders and the public.
