Maseru, Nov. 29 -The Minister of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition has apologized to the farmers for delaying summer cropping due to inefficiency in seeds and fertilizers supply.
Mr. Thabo Mofosi said this when making a statement in the National Assembly on Thursday, this was the request of the House that topped the agenda through Urgent Motions and Point of Orders recently.
