Qacha’sNek, Dec.02 — Two men from Qacha’sNek accused of stealing diesel from the Qingjia Group of Companies were granted bail by Magistrate Ponts’o Jankie-Lehasa on Tuesday.
Lefu Machosi (37) of TJ paid his M800 bail deposit, while Mankoe Tlali (35) of Lifofaneng was granted M500 bail, which he also paid.
Machosi and Tlali appeared briefly in Qacha’sNek Magistrate court facing allegations of contravening Section 57 (2)(a) of the Penal Code Act No. 6 of 2010 read with Section 109(1).
The charges relate to incidents in September 2025 at Mapakising, where Machosi allegedly stole 530 litres of diesel valued at M10,600, while Tlali is accused of stealing 75 litres worth M1,500, both from the Qingjia Group of Companies…
