TWO SIBLINGS DIE IN HORRIFIC FIRE

Mohale’s Hoek, September 28 — The area Chief of Siloe, Chief Batere Thulo has on Thursday confirmed the death of two siblings aged 11 and 7 from Koung Ha Popolosi  after being burned to ashes by fire of which its course is unknown.

However, Senior Superintendent Leabua Shale from Mafeteng Police, who noted that the bodies were removed by Thaba-Morena Police Officers, noted that the kids were living with their mother and uncle, who were both not present in the early hours of Sunday.

SSP Shale indicated that the deceased’s uncle was reported to have gone to initiation celebrations while the mother was at Leralleng in Mohale’s Hoek visiting her lover, and upon the uncle’s return he found the house burned down with children inside.
