VIRTUAL LEARNING VITAL – LEBAKA

Maseru, July 11 — Virtual learning is vital if Lesotho is to keep us with today’s dynamic world, Mr. Bulara Lebaka, Infrastructure Support Services in the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI) has said.

To enhance this type of learning, he noted that the Ministry with support of the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations are working with the government of India to re-introduce this arrangement.

He explained that this is a noble effort aimed at offering Diplomas, Degrees and Masters’ qualifications in various professions including in the area of health virtually by India to African countries. . .
