Maseru, Nov. 08 — The National Assembly has on Friday resolved to urge the government to
consider transferring a section in the Ministry of Public Works and Transport that is
concerned with management of river boats to that of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home
Affairs and Police.
This, after Hloahloeng Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. Katleho Mabeleng filed a motion to
urge the government to transfer the above-mentioned section for better management of the
boats and enhanced service delivery for the benefit of citizens in hard to reach areas who
desperately depend on the service…
