Maseru, Apr.4—- Cross-examination of Sello Tulo in a case in which four police officers are charged with the murder of their colleague, Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng has on Friday failed to continue as scheduled due to absence of one of the defence lawyers Advocate Zwelakhe Mda (KC) as he was reported ill.
The witness has given some damning evidence about one of the accused, Inspector Mothibeli Mofolo. He stated that on a day he and another suspect were arrested from his village at Ha Khabo by the Leribe police, the police picked Khetheng at Sebothoane and put him at the rear part of the police vehicle.
