Maseru, Aug. 09 — A 21-year-old Thapelo Seholo-holo of Lithabaneng is reported to have appeared before the Maseru Magistrate court on charges of illegal possession of dagga estimated weight of over 10 kilograms.
According to Lance Sergeant (L/Sgt) Tlhaole of the Public Order Policing (POP) unit within the Lesotho Mounted Police Service, the said accused is reported to have been apprehended by the police during their night patrols that were carried out on the night of July, 30 near the Nurses Health Training College (NHTC). . .
