MINISTRY WARNS PUBLIC

Maseru, June 15 — Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations has warned the public to be cautious of news circulating on social media about immigration documents where they are called to pay for such documents.

The document which is from the House of the National Khoisan Kingdom highlights that there are loyalty fees to be paid ranging from M100 to M150 towards Abakwa Khoi Royal Compassionate Funds.

The ministry states that the document is not legit saying that it is intended to mislead the public as well as extort money from them.

It also indicates that all issues pertaining to immigration and travelling, Basotho should rectify with relevant ministries like the Ministry of Home Affairs and that of Foreign Affairs.
