Maseru, Feb.27– Most of the youth especially in tertiary institutions seem to be in the dark about the allocations made for different ministries in the 2024/2025 fiscal budget.
In an inclusive interview with the agency, Mr Bokang Shelile who is pursuing his studies at Limkokwing University of Creative and Technology (LUCT) indicated that they are not interested regarding issues pertaining to the budget plan because their stipends were not raised.
He further stated that they turned a blind eye towards the developments made in the budget because their needs as youth are not included in such discussions. . .
