GOVERNMENT TO SPEAK ON SIXTY YEARS LOGO

Maseru, Oct. 17 — The Government Spokesperson, Mr. Thabo Sekonyela says Cabinet will give an account of unveiling of the sixty years Lesotho logo next week.

Speaking with the Agency on Friday, a few weeks after the Government Secretary (GS) announced that the logo will no longer be unveiled this year (Independence Day) but rather next year, Mr. Sekonyela indicated the Information Minister, Ms. Nthati Moorosi will give an insight of this upcoming activity.

He alluded that this will be done during the presentation of Cabinet decisions to the media on Wednesday, adding as the government had initially announced this initiative, changes around the matter will also be shared in detail to the society.

Meanwhile, he appealed to the society to stay glued to State and Non State media houses on that particular day, adding 60 years’ anniversary is a milestone to the country and its people, thus will be given necessary attention.
