Maseru, Sept. 29 — The Local Government elections started smoothly without any hassles at the Qiloane A01 Community Council at the St. Leo Primary School on Friday morning.
The voting station was opened on time at 7:00 am and the Presiding Officer together with Party Agents and the first two people on the queue were shown empty ballot boxes.
Miss Mamosheo Tau told the Agency that all the security kit and voting kit were present and that there were no any challenges by the time the voting centre was opened.
