ATTEMPTS TO BLOCK PROSECUTION FAILS 

Maseru, May. 30—The attempts by Former Director General of Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) Attorney Mahlomola Manyokole and Relebohile Lesholu to get a permanent stay of prosecution against them has failed as the Court of Appeal dismissed their appeals on Friday. 

Manyokole and Lesholu had instituted two separate appeals against the state. They each challenged decisions by the High Court through Justice Maliepollo Makhetha whereby their applications for permanent stay of prosecution were dismissed…
