CPA COMMENDS LEWA

Maseru, Aug. 31 — Consumer Protection Association (CPA) Chairperson, Mr. Khalema Khoabane says Lesotho Electricity and Water Authority (LEWA) deserves credit for having considered the interests of all stakeholders before effecting the tariff hike.

This he said following announcement by LEWA that effective from September 01, Water and Sewerage Company (WASCO) new tariffs will be implemented.

He said that LEWA created a platform on which the interests of key players, such as consumers and suppliers were considered.
