Maseru, July 24 — The government of Lesotho has through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations signed an agreement with the Orange Senqu River Commission (ORASECOM) in Maseru on Monday.
In his remarks, the Minister to the Ministry, Mr. Lejone Mpotjoane said that since the years of 2000 the four countries being Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho and South Africa have been having bilateral and shared interests on water projects.
He indicated that he hopes this office will constitute a step into sustainable water supply also for the benefit of the Basotho nation.
