ACCUSED UNHAPPY ABOUT DELAYS

Maseru, Sept.18—Some of the accused in a murder trial against some members of the army who are accused of killing Brigadier Maaparankoe Mahao, have on Monday expressed dissatisfaction about delays in this case.

This was after Justice Tseliso Mokoko, a judge sitting on behalf of the presiding judge stated that Justice Charles Hungwe is not available this week therefore the case will not be able to proceed as scheduled.
