Mohale’s Hoek, October.24— The case of a 53 years old man from Likoting Maoeng in Butha- Buthe, Sidwell Brown, who is charged with cheating public revenue, embezzlement and money laundering has been postponed to January, 24-25-2024.
This followed an agreement between Brown’s Legal Representation and its counterpart from the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences, (DCEO), after the defence argued that prosecution has not given them a chance to go through documents which have been submitted before the court as evidence against the accused.
