Maseru, Oct. 24 – Demand for negative antigens (negative blood group) continues to rise although people who donate and fall under these blood groups are few.
This was said by Lesotho Blood Transfusion Services (LBTS) Principal Laboratory Technologist, Mr. Khotso Kalake in an interview with the Agency.
Mr. Kalake said they end up recruiting negative antigens from their homes whenever there is need, saying this is a challenge.
