MASERU – A few hours ahead of his official burial service, the late Human Rights Lawyer, Advocate Haae Edward Phoofolo (KC) has been honoured with a mass service in Maseru on Thursday.
The Sacramental service led by Bishop Dr. Vicentia Kgabe at St. Mary and St. James Cathedral of the Anglican Church of Lesotho (ACL) was attended by official’s family, friends and colleagues.


Readings of the day meant to comfort all for the loss were taken from amongst others Colossians 1: 9 -14.
Dr. Kgabe told Phoofolo’s family and the entire nation that even in when there is death, God is in control, adding that the Church is thankful to God for having afforded it a man who despite his status afforded his time to serve God on earth.
In addition, Bishop Kgabe said the Thanksgiving Mass, honouring the deceased for having served the Church is vital as it is an opportunity reflecting that Jesus meets His people where they are in life. . .
