Qacha’s Nek, Aug.14–Agronotech Precision Cultivation has selected August 30, 2023 for the appeal hearing of the eight dismissed cultivators.
The eight were fired due to workplace misconduct on July 27 and they tendered their appeal on July 31st.
Their employment termination followed a disciplinary hearing which was held on May 26, 2023 after they were placed on a paid suspension on February 7, 2023 and their disciplinary hearing was postponed three times before it could happen.
