Maseru,Nov.05—The ill-treatment, poor service delivery and preference services keep dominating Lesotho’s health sector.
The disappointment that the patients express while acquiring services from the Maseru district hospital piles up as they say the beautiful building still holds trauma as the service providers attitude remains the same.
“We wake up early to follow the long queues, only for their favourites to be prioritised over us”, they said.
Some of them who preferred to remain anonymous said that they have even been told that they will be charged extra fees for leaning on the counter at the pay points…
