Berea, Aug 02 – As motivation and cultivation of excellence among players, Berea Ladies has presented awards to players in at least eight categories and two presidential awards during the event staged in Berea on Saturday.
On the domestic league of the 2024/2025 Women’s Super League (WSL) title, the Teyateyaneng based outfit finished on third position and among others it was crowned the champions of the SAFA Sedibeng Inter club Tournament and it also scooped the Queen’s Cup.

In his remarks, Berea Ladies General Manager Mr. Lekhooa Thabaneng said since the establishment of the team in 2016 and WSL used to have only eight teams highlighting that their journey has not been easy whereby at some point they used to endure the defeat of goals such as 10-0 or even more by teams like LDF Ladies, Kick4Life and others.
Mr. Thabaneng said they had to revise their game plan through approach, strengthen their weakest points by registering impactful players from their opponents which used to inflict a lot of pain to them, and to make matters worse they registered the LDF Ladies Coach Lehloenya Nkhasi. . . .
