Maseru, Jan.14—A case against some army members who are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012, which failed to resume on Monday as scheduled due to unavailability of the prosecution lawyer could not proceed again on Tuesday for the same reason.
The court was informed by the defence that the prosecutor in this matter Advocate Mosoeunyane Masiphole who could not make it to court yesterday as he was involved in a car accident was today going to see a doctor therefore he could not be in court again today.
It was further informed that the prosecutor requested that the case be postponed to Thursday. It was also told that he had indicated that he would ask someone from the Law Office to stand in for him, but there was no representation for the prosecution…
