CASE NOT URGENT-COURT

Maseru, July 06 — The High Court through Justice Mafelile Ralebese has ruled that a case in which Principal Secretary National Security Service Ms. Moliehi Moejane is suing the Prime Minister, Specified Officers Defined Contribution Pension Fund, Public Service Commission and the Attorney General, is not urgent.

The applicant has approached the court challenging provisions of a deed of settlement between her and the Government of Lesotho. She argues that they are inconsistent with the interpretation that must be accorded to Defined Contribution Fund Act No. 19 of 2011.
