Qacha’s Nek, Nov.15 — Fourteen newly-elected urban council councillors were today sworn in at the ceremony administered by the Town Clerk, Mr. Mpho Lesia.
Of these number, nine were elected at their electoral divisions, three represent special seats for the council while two are Chiefs representatives.
This follows the Local Government Elections which was held on September 29 to elect councillors of the community, urban and municipal councils. . .
