Maseru, Dec.11—The High Court sitting as a Constitutional Court has on Monday continued to hear arguments in a case in which a Member of Parliament for Thaba Moea Constituency No. 73, Mr. Lejone Puseletso, is challenging a proposed motion of no confidence in the Government of Lesotho.
The case was adjourned last week after the applicant’s Lawyer Advocate Motiea Teele (KC) addressed the court. Today, the same lawyer continued with the addresses and insisted that the applicant has a point therefore his application should succeed.
