COURT CONTINUES WITH CASE 


    
  
Maseru, Dec.11—The High Court sitting as a Constitutional Court has on Monday continued to hear arguments in a case in which a Member of Parliament for Thaba Moea Constituency No. 73, Mr. Lejone Puseletso, is challenging a proposed motion of no confidence in the Government of Lesotho. 

The case was adjourned last week after the applicant’s Lawyer Advocate Motiea Teele (KC) addressed the court. Today, the same lawyer continued with the addresses and insisted that the applicant has a point therefore his application should succeed. He indicated that the interest of the public is to ensure that the government delivers services. He added that parliament should enact laws that ensure stability of the government…
