COURT DIRECTS ARREST OF LAWYERS 

 
Maseru, Jan.19—The High Court through Justice Polo Banyane has on Friday issued a warrant of arrest for Advocates Mosoeunyane Masiphole and Tsebiso Fuma. 

This is after the duo failed to appear before court when a case in which some army members who are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012 was to proceed. Adv. Masiphole is a private lawyer given a brief by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to prosecute the matter while Adv. Fuma is from the Law Office and had on Wednesday represented the prosecution as Adv. Masiphole was reportedly ill…
