Maseru, Sept.14—– The High Court is on September 29 2023 expected to give a ruling on jurisdiction in a case in which Former Government Advisor through the Ministry of Water on matters relating to Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) Mr. Moahloli Mphaka is challenging termination of his employment contract.
The respondents in the matter insisted that the High Court as established by the High Court Act 1978 and section 119 (1) of the Constitution of Lesotho, 1993 is not a proper forum to adjudicate over this dispute.
