Maseru, Dec.12—The defence in the ongoing treason trial has on Thursday continued with cross-examination of Major General Ramanka Mokaloba.
The witness took a stand as one of the state witnesses in this matter on Monday after Former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Defence Mr. Moshoeshoe Sehloho completed his evidence.
His evidence was put on hold on Tuesday after one of the accused, Litekanyo Nyakane told the court through his lawyer that he will not be able to concentrate if the case proceeded as he was experiencing discomfort and pain on his leg after he had been denied physiotherapy for a month…
