Maseru, Jul.16—-Advocate Rasekoai Thoahlane, one of the defence lawyers in the bombings trial says he intends to file motion after the prosecution had a file containing privileged information about his client Heqoa Malefane.
He told the court that as a newly appointed lawyer for Malefane he realised that among the documents he received from the prosecution, there was a file containing consultation minutes between the accused and his previous lawyer.
