Maseru, Mar. 14 — Department of Traffic and Transport has since addressed the issue of foreign nationals who were alleged to sell both vehicles and drivers licenses commonly known as Combo.
This was said by the Department Operations Manager Mr Maama Letsie at the press conference held at Ha Foso on Thursday with the objective to present before the media its plan to change the method of issuing drivers licenses in a bid to combat escalating road accidents.
