Thaba Tseka May 31 — Mr. Mafeiki Lekhanya has been nominated as the chairperson of the district Anti-Corruption committee as part of reviving the district teams by the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences.
The team which is supposed to comprise 20 members was able to nominate only 10 members and the rest to be included in the team is LMPS, CCL, Social Development, Finance, Home Affairs, Health, representative of the District Administrator office.
Speaking during the meeting on behalf of the district administrator, Mr. ‘Muso Jane told the nominees to go out and help root out corruption as they now know what it is and everything that leads to corruption. He said they are hopeful they will do their best to ensure they deliver to their mandate . . .
