Thaba Tseka, Mar. 14 — Local producers from the district came in all parts of the district to display their locally produced vegetables and goods during the district market for agricultural products.
Speaking during an interview with one of the local producers, Mr. Khau Khau who produces herbs said he was inspired to plant more herbs after he was approached by the caterer to produce some for them.
Mr. Khau said after he then realized that there was need as besides the caterer, he had other individual customers who needed those herbs
He said he started planting the herbs in 2023 and those are sage, oregano, thyme and rosemary which were successful while coriander and parsley did not make it. He also sells dried onions.
