Leribe, May. 26 (LENA) — First National Bank (FNB) in association with Basotho Enterprise Development Corporation (BEDCO) on Saturday celebrated African Day at Pitso House Hlotse in Leribe.
The celebration was graced with a flea market for small businesses from Berea, Leribe and Butha Buthe districts.
Speaking at the event, Minister of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives Mr. Mokhethi Shelile expressed his gratitude to FNB, saying it is time Basotho know their products and buy them.
He said this is the way of making sure that the money is circulated within the country.
In addition, he said flea markets are best for advertising businesses, saying they should also visit his ministry for developing their businesses.
