Berea, Feb 04–Khotsong Skills Training Centre (KSTC), Cooking and Hospitality course Instructor Ms. Mookho Lebusa says food appearance and the way it is presented, matters most to guests.
Ms. Lebusa said this during an interview with LENA on Tuesday at the school facility.
She said the school trains students in cooking and hospitality which include the issues of management and decoration so that they can establish their own businesses and that is why it is important to have skills in management issues.
