Maseru, Dec 08 – The four candidates representing for political parties All Basotho Convention (ABC), Alliance of Democrats (AD), Basotho Action Party (BAP) and Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) are contesting the by-elections for the Mohlakeng A05 Community Council on Friday.
Assistant Returning Officer at Qhomane Primary School, Miss. Likeleli Bula said other political parties failed to contest the by-elections after failing to register in time.
She said voters were trickling in where 37 had already voted when the Agency arrived at the polling station.
Mrs. Bula pointed believed that more voters could go to vote at the later stage since some might have gone to work since the polling day is a normal working day and not a public holiday, while others could have gone to work on their fields. . .
