Maseru, July 30 — Ha Seng community says a two hours trip from their area to Semonkong town could be less if they had a proper road.
They said that due to the much dilapidated road they travel longer hours and there are no taxis.
The Agency has discovered that 4×4 vehicles (1980s model) are the only transport mode available besides horses.
Speaking in an interview, Mrs. ‘Mabafokeng Kolosoa said that they need a proper road saying that there used to be a bus ferrying them but for the past years they have been without public transport.
