HANTSI LEGAL REPRESENTATION DEMANDS ANSWERS FROM IEC

Maseru, April 17 — The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) Public Relations Manager Mr. Tuoe Hantsi’s legal representation has written to the Commission demanding it to provide them with a date and time when their client should report himself for work.

In a letter written to the IEC, Mr. Hantsi’s legal representation says, following the judgement issued by the Labour Appeal Court and the Commission’s subsequent public announcement concerning the judgement, they seek clarification inter alia date and time as to when their client should report himself for work.

They further demand the Commission to write to them to facilitate a smooth execution of the judgement.

IEC had made a public statement following this judgement saying it would like to inform the public on the judgement in the case between IEC and Public Relations Manager (PRM) Mr. Hantsi.
