HANTSI TO KNOW HIS FATE TOMORROW

Maseru, Sept 13 — The disgruntled former Independent Electoral Commission (IEC)’s Public Relations Manager Mr. Tuoe Hantsi will know his fate on Thursday in which he challenged his dismissal in the courts of law.

Mr. Hantsi told the Agency that he is awaiting his judgement to be delivered on Thursday after the presiding judge in the case resolved to use only the heads of arguments submitted before the Labour Court by his lawyer Advocate Ts’olo Kalake and IEC’s legal team.

He said his Lawyer Advocate Kalake had made it clear that the presiding judge after looking at the heads of arguments from both sides, he is expected to deliver his judgement.

Mr. Hantsi expressed his disappointment in the manner in which he was dismissed from his work, citing unfair dismissal and therefore seeking the courts of law to nullify his dismissal.
